Shipping policy

At Monairre, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.
1. Where We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Ireland (EUR €)
- United Kingdom (GBP £)
We are working on expanding our shipping destinations. If you are located outside of Ireland or the United Kingdom and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@monairre.com and we will do our best to assist you.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Ireland and the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing time: 1–2 business days from the moment your order is placed
- Daily cut-off time: Orders placed before 16:00 GMT (Dublin time) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT or on a Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

These are estimated timeframes only. Deliveries may occasionally take longer due to high demand periods (such as holidays and sales), adverse weather conditions, or carrier delays outside our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
5. Our Shipping Partners
We work exclusively with trusted international courier services to ensure your parcel is handled with care:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
The courier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. All shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page on the website.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at support@monairre.com.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For customers in Ireland: As our warehouse is located in Ireland, all orders shipped within Ireland are domestic shipments. No customs duties or import taxes apply.
For customers in the United Kingdom: Since Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU customs union. Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by UK customs authorities (HMRC), depending on the value of your order. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We recommend checking the current UK import thresholds at gov.uk before placing your order.
Monairre is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe location at their discretion
- Leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
- Return the parcel to our warehouse after a set holding period
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from the depot, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Monairre is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally issues can arise during transit.
Lost parcels: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@monairre.com. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full replacement or a complete refund.
Damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before discarding anything. Contact us at support@monairre.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. You will not be required to return damaged goods in this case.
10. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@monairre.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will resolve this promptly at no additional cost to you.
