At Monairre, all orders over ship for free. We also offer faster shipping options at a slightly higher price, should you need your package sooner.

Estimated Shipping Times 

After you complete your purchase, please allow 1-3 days for processing, regardless of shipping method chosen. Following this processing period, your order will be shipped. Generally, it will take your item 3-30 days to arrive, depending on the country being shipped to and shipping method chosen. For those who select a faster shipping method at checkout, there will be a much shorter wait for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to control any delays that may occur and are not responsible for your package being stuck for long periods of time at your country's customs.  We also are unable to guarantee any specific delivery dates for your package, however it is always our goal to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. If you place an order containing multiple items, your items will most likely arrive separately due to not all of our products being located in the same warehouse. This also allows you to receive your items sooner.

Customs and Import Fees

 

As most international orders are shipped from our global fulfilment center, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. 

Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control.  As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

Should you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
